Why do I have blood in my stool?

Posted by Doc , 17 November 2010 · 60 views

The presence of blood in your stool does not typically appear unless you have Colitis- U.C. or Crohn’s. What it means is that your own stomach acids have eaten a “hole” in your intestines & penetrated deep enough to erode a blood vessel wall, causing blood to leak into your stool. Sometimes this can be confused with blood that is coming from a hemorrhoid. This can be disconcerting but should not be a reason for panic as it can be fixed. The first thing to do is to visit your Doctor to help you to determine exactly what is causing the bleeding. The 2nd thing to do is to visit your local Holistic Gastro-enterologist- he/she will be able to repair the compromised GI tissue & blood vessel wall with the very organic substances that they are made of- helping you to avoid endless years of tests & ineffective drugs- as you can’t rebuild a colon wall out of chemicals. Remember- If you are going to build a “brick” wall ——– you need bricks.
