Hi i am very stressed and anxious at the moment and not sure now if suffering from GERD, i have a constant lump in throat which is very uncomfortable and constantly belching and have a tight chest, is the GERD or just anxiety issues.

Hi, does anybody find their IBS symptoms get worse the week - 10 days before their period and if so is this normal.

I love bananas they are my favourite fruit but i think that they may now be triggering ibs symptoms, can this suddenly happen and has anybody else experienced this.

I suffer with ibs and must be diarrohea and constipation.  I can go weeks with a regular stool movement each day although can vary in consistency and then 15 mins after eating one day can have diarrohea and then not have a movement for a few days.  This then lead me feeling exhausted and a tender belly next day.  Why does this happen and does anybody else...

Hi I suffer from ibs d&c.  Does anybody find that certain food trigger their symptoms more than others.  I love spicy food, like curries and chillis and know that after eating these i am going to suffer with pains the next day.  I also find that onions, peppers, brocolli, mashed potato, baked beans and similar food affect me, all of which i like.

i am always worrying and stressing that my ibs is something ie cancer or appendix, i have had blood tests done and the doctor said was probably ibs as nothing else came up on tests.  I know getting stressed makes things worse so does anybody else feel like this and if so how do you cope.  I also do like to drink alcohol but suffer for it next day does...
