Hi, does anybody find their IBS symptoms get worse the week - 10 days before their period and if so is this normal.

yes, mine gets worse then and while im on my period as well. SUCKS!

It horrid isn't it what do you suffer from in general, i hate it makes me feel so paranoid and anxious which doesn't help when suffer with PMT.

I suffer with IBS, Diarhea, gas, bloating, REALLLLY Fing bad pain, Urgency,and then i also have GERD and depression and anxiety

Blimey you sound just like me, i suffer the same where do you get the pains and do you think that makes you more anxious i know it does me.

I get pains in my lower abdomen, kind of between my hips, some times i get pain further up and if my GERD is playing up i get pain in my stomach and ausofagus(i cant spell)

i get pain there too but i also get right sided pain and central pain, its nasty and painful. Had a bout of diarrohea last night and now feel drained and tender.
