I'm having a procedure

So I have been feeling a bit crappy lately and I finally went to the Dr and there was a new. PA there and insisted I get a Ct scan to see of anything major occurred do unfortunately I try to drink stuff to clean you out so I decided to take this opportunity and start drinking nutritional shakes, Bc I haven't been eating as much lately, and I am going to push for more organic or just wholesome food. I'm excited!!!

do it! I started the FODMAPS and all organic about a month ago and my tummy has been feeling great! good luck :)
