So far so good!

I've enjoyed little to no symptoms these past few months thanks to sticking to mostly water and having a regular intake of yogurt. I'm sure my regular running and working out has helped a lot as well! Eating at the same time every day is important to me, as well as eating smaller meals and I'm religious about sticking to it. My initial trial run with ALIGN might have kicked things off in the very beginning, but since I didn't finish the recommended amount, due to gas issues, I can't really tell. Maybe all I needed was the first two weeks of replacing the digestive enzymes. I now find that having a yogurt parfait for breakfast, mixing the fruit selection to keep things interesting, helps maintain that enzyme. I can't stress enough that water is one of the most important parts of staying symptom free. I usually go through two large red cups a day at the office, and at least a half bottle at home for lunch. At this point, my diet is extremely simple, so I can instantly tell what foods I try out, work or not. I'm pretty sure I CAN'T digest complex sugars, and that staying away from fried pastries like doughnuts can make all the difference. It still feels like a dream living a life so different from what I've been used to for years, and I hope more people on here can get to this point! Good look to you all!
:D

Hope I get to the point of feeling better glad u r
