breakfast-1/2 cup caff tea, 2 cups decaf tea, 2 pieces Udi's Bread with Earth Balance butter. No cramps, no back ache, no bm.
lunch; pea soup. no stomach ache
dinner: romaine with roast chicken salad with olive oil and balsamic with bit of agave sweetener.
no cramps, no back ache all day.

I hate to say it but peas are not allowed on the FODMAP diet so no pea soup!

In IBS-Free at last, second edition, agave isn't permitted either.
