Sick and Tired of Being Sick and Tired

Hello everyone!  I am new here.
     I am 43 yrs old and have had stomach issues for as long as I can remember.  I was diagnosed (officially) with IBS two years ago.  The longer it goes on, the worse it gets. This past week has been the worst yet.  The pain is getting worse.  Now my lower back is beginning to hurt.  I had heartburn for five days...
