FODMAP
Slept until 10:30!  Woke with a migraine. Very small BM and that is it for the day

11:15am- scrambled eggs (scrambled in butter), and 1/2 cup, 1 slice Udi's white bread, toasted with butter, 1/2 grapefruit

2pm-1 1/2 cups romaine and green leaf lettuce with 2 slices deli turkey, about 2 tbsp parm, 1/2 tsp olive oil and 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tiny tomatoes, 1 oz tostitos tortilla chips, 14 grapes

Stomach feeling GREAT as of 3pm for the whole day!

4pm- 12 oz coffee with half and half, 1 splenda and some cinnamon

7pm- Schar gluten free penne pasta (about 1/2 cup) mixed with leftover shrimp from last night (about 6 of them), pineapple from last night, some olive oil, parmesan cheese, cayenne and salt and pepper.  1 Kiwi

8:30pm- gym- weights- 20 minutes and treadmill for 20 minutes

Feeling fantastic, except for the migraine I woke with, but recovered within a few hours.  I cannot sleep that late, it really throws me off for the whole day!
