RUBBISH! lol IBS has ruled the day once more (friday)... started at 7am and didnt die down until about five in the afternoon. Did the usual daily routine apart from the cycling though, its a shame that it was so horrible but i guess i woulda been dumb to think it wasnt ever going to happen again lol overall though this week it has been getting much better i just hope its ok for tomorrow (sunday) im due to go out for a hack on my bike. :)

Hi, sorry you had a bad day... Hope Sunday was good for you and this week's been great! It's so true that sometimes just as one is beginning to believe that it's going to continue to improve, there comes a totally bad day (or two, or more)... Your courage to be so positive even when it's not a good day is very inspiring! Thank you!
