I'm pretty sure I have IBS-A, I do not experience bloating or abdominal pain but I do experience alternating C and D. Sometimes It's when I eat and most the time, It out of the blue and I cannot hold it, I've tried holding it but I cannot. So much that I do not even want to go outside sometimes, I just come home from work and stay there because I am afraid I'm going to be doing something and then I would have to use the bathroom and I would not be able to hold it.

Is there any help with anything I can take that can help me. I have tried peppermint pills and fiber but I really don't have an idea if they are working or not. I need something that I would at least know the affect it is having.

Thanks in advance.
