new member. newly diagnosed, although had problems for ages.
Going on 3 weeks and still IBS symptom free. Removing Gluten from my diet has been super hard but worth it. No stomach issues at all.
I feel so blessed to have been able to help heal my body from the years of GMO/processed foods I have eaten. I want to share with others so maybe they can do the same. After years of major digestive issues (IBS) I finally have relief.
Toygirl1122How did you change it??

Katetblue1968Hi Toygirl. I changed the way I eat and what I eat. I wrote our story in depth on a blog I started here. It has truly changed my life. Here is the link to my blog page. http://www.ibsgroup.org/forums/blog/2745/entry-10377-heal-your-body-naturally/
I tried to write it out here but there is a limit on words =))

I refuse to take drugs. I practice holistic medicine and ideas only.
Ive been trying to boost my serotonin levels...it's either I take tryptophan supplements and etcetera or change my diet with foods that help with that.
