Irritable Bowel Syndrome - Diarrhea PredominantDetails: We are currently conducting a research study in Hickory, NC to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an experimental medication compared to placebo for the treatment of IBS-D. There will be approx. 8 office visits over 18 weeks. Participants receive study medication or placebo, study-related testing, physical exams, and lab work at no charge. Compensation may be available for each completed visit (for time and travel).
