Gap Years Abroad with IBS-D

Hi,

I'm planning on spending a gap year abroad scuba diving and becoming a scuba dive instructor, preferably I was hoping to go to America due to the good healthcare and similarity with England, however this would cost me a fortune!
So instead i'm thinking of going to Egypt to a place called Dahab, however Eygpt was where I first noticed IBS problems.

I was wondering whether anyone had some insight into being in Egypt with IBS?
