I've had Ibs-c for over 13 years and have tried every type of fiber imaginable and this Konsyl fiber seems to work the best.No bloating like with Metamucil and has no wheat or sugar substitutes like Benefiber and others.I've been on it now for three weeks and have been having more regular movements.Maybe some should give it a try,Konsyl.com.I take the original formula gluten free orange flavor.

I use it as well and it seems to help. they have some with no flavor. just mix in a part bottle of water and gulp it down, follow with a lot of liquid.

also use stool softeners and Miralax currently and that seems to be working most days.

I had been using Citrucel for a couple of years with minimal success. Some folks on this board recommeneded Konsyl Powder and it seems to be helping. Pretty potent stuff to I am trying to get the right dosage.
