My Diarrhea is always in the mornings. A Low FODMAP diet has helped me quite a bit, but I still have days where I make 3-6 trips to the bathroom and can't figure out what I ate that may have caused it.I have recently been diagnosed with IBS. I tried different medicine prescribed by the doctors. Nothing worked. My stomach would cramp sometime, but my primary symptom is frequent urination, gas & bowel movement during the night and frequent heartburn. Does anyone else have the same issues?

Not ALL IBS triggers are Food! There are many other triggers.... try to keep that in mind.but I still have days where I make 3-6 trips to the bathroom and can't figure out what I ate that may have caused it.

cpdeepakHave you sought a second opinion? Frequent urination is not an IBS symptom. If you are having BM's at night... how late are you eating your final meal? Sometimes eating too late in the evening will cause that to happen. And it will also cause heartburn.

I have had two doctors treat me. Had pretty much every tests done (endo, colono etc). Nothing. But exercise, eating early at night, omeprazole for heartburn and garlic for gas is helping me. But I still have BM during night though.cpdeepakHave you sought a second opinion? Frequent urination is not an IBS symptom. If you are having BM's at night... how late are you eating your final meal? Well everyone can have a BM after a meal... how late is the BM in the evening??? Try simethicone for the gas ... take it WITH meals.
