OK so I had a relapse after months of minimal FBO. I cried, broke down and had visions of being stuck in FBO land. Now, observing my body I can say incomplete evac does not cause FBO. IMO it's the inflammation of the colon. Even if I have an urgent movement waiting to be eliminated, on my good days I will not have FBO. However, even with complete evacuation I will have FBO when my colon is inflamed all the way to the rectum. You can find the colon with your hand and touch it. It hurts like hell if it is inflamed. It's not supposed to.Second, don't laugh but chronic illness can be caused by earth radiation. Try to move your bed up or downwards about one meter.Third, I'd like to recommend the homeopathic remedies lycopodium 30c and cantharis 30c.

Make sure you follow the rules of taking homeopathic medicines. (Ex no eating/drinking for 30min before/after, let them dissolve under your tongue etc.)Also do the bed thing simultaneously.

Yes. Just keep it in your mouth for a while before you swallow.warning: some homeopathic remedies have lactose, some don't. Liquid is usually lactose free.
