23yr old male5 days ago i ran a temp of 103 all day and vomited once, i awoke the next morning with cramps and diarea but my movement are very small but also 15mins to an hour apart and a little blood every once and awhile. and i never feel asif im done. and the cramps are terribly painful. so i did some research and thought i might be constipated with diarrea so i ate a good meal waited a while and drank a laxative. that was a mistake because i just ended up going to the bathroom more often for about 9 hours, it was miserable, it has been 4 days since the diarea has started and its still going strong, though the cramps are not so bad. when im on the toilet, after my initial bowel i can only get very little to come out with a very hard and painful struggle so iv just stopped trying that.any idea's, thoughts, or helpful tips i would be great, questions aswell as i will be watching this thread closely

Sounds like stomach flue or food poisoning. If you haven't recovered within two weeks see a doctor. In the meantime try eating rice and bananas and stay well hydrated.

if your still haveing blood in stools and fever you should go to the hospital - nausea /vomiting and diarrhea mask so many other illness but fevers signify infection

Yeah i think its food poisoning. Should do a stool culture test as well as test for parasites.
