I am brand new to the forum. Just wanted to say hello! I have been stuggling with IBS-D for just over 2 years, and it is SOO nice to read all the conversations on here! Its nice to know I am not really alone (although thats how it feels) I dont know a single person who has it so I have nobody to relate with. I have a supporive husband so thats nice, but he still doenst understand completely. Just wanted to say hello and that i am so thankful there is a place like this where people understand whats its like!

Diagnosed originally with microscopic colitis in 1992 but no inflammation detected on subsequent colonoscopies,so IBS diagnosed. Hoping to share my personal opinions and experiences to help others and become more aware myself. No medical training at all.
