I have ibs/d also and i'm trying the calcium carbonate right now its meant to be constipating. I wouldn't say yours was D if you only go twice a day? normal people can go up to 3 times a day. I can go up to 20times a day :/ lol. Look up habba syndrome also because your stool is yellow that to me means bile. take imodium if you need to but you can try the fodmap diet that is the last resort for me though because its very restricting.

It could also be mucus and that is quite common for some IBS'ers. You can do everything for your gut.. but I doubt you will feel completely better unless you actually get yourself treated for the anxiety and depression.
Please remember this is a group of folks seeking support on how to live with and manage IBS. THESE ARE ONLY MY OWN THOUGHTS. IF YOU WANT AN EXPERT OPINION, ASK A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL.
