What is that feeling you have after diarrhea where it's hard to relax "down there"

You know, after you have a bout of diarrhea or or whatnot, and obviously your anus get a bit stressed from all the activity (sorry for the image, but we're all adults here), and after you're finished it's a bit difficult to walk without stopping for a second because you have to stop occasionally to "relax" down there? Does anyone else know what I'm talking about? And what is the name for this phenomenon? I don't think it's hemorrhoids because it ONLY occurs when I'm having cramps or an IBS attack, but it doesn't necessarily have to be diarrhea.
