Hello,I've been suffering from digestive problems for 12 years now,and was diagnosed with IBS.my symptoms include bloating, gas, diarrhea, sometimes nausea, fatigue.I also have seborrhea and vaginal infection. I've been tested for gluten and dairy sensitivity-both were negative.I tried almost everything and nothing helped.almost 4 months ago I took the comprehensive stool analysis.the results were:expected/beneficial flora:4+ Bateroides fragilis group4+ Bifidobacterium spp.3+ Escherichia coliNG - Lactobacillus spp.NG - Enterococcus spp.2+ Clostridium spp.Commensal(Imbalanced) flora:1+ Alpha hemolytic strep2+ Enterobacter cloacae2+ Gamma hemolytic strep1+ Staphylococcus aureusDysbiotic flora:3+ Citrobacter freundiiYeast- RareOva or parasites- None. For 3 and a half months now I'm on gluten-free,dairy-free,sugar-free diet(and I keep losing weight because of it).I take probiotics (with no FOS) ,oregano oil and grapefruit seed extract, and L-glutamine.I see no improvement so far,I know these things take some time, but wasn't I supposed to see some relief in symptoms by now?I read allot about this and I'm really confused about this- some say to try Uva Ursi but I read it's toxic, some say not taking probiotics until the bad bacteria is gone, some say to take butyric acid to heal the gut- Do you think I should try itI'm sorry for the long post but I'm really lost here and I want to try everything before taking anti-biotics. I hope someone could help me with these questions.Thank you.

What did your Dr say about the stool analysis? What were the recommendations?

I went to a naturopath and she told me to take probiotics, oregano extract and L glutamine.I added the grapefruit extract but no improvement so far.Did anyone had any success getting rid of these bad bacteria?

There isn't "bad" bacteria! There is only bacteria out of balance. I would present your Dr with the Stool Results and get his opinion.
