Hi, I'm new here. I have severe pain every morning. It's really driving me crazy!!! I eat very little, no hamburgers or pizza. A bland diet, yuck!!! Went to another GI doc Wed. He prescribed Librax. Has anyone tried it for IBS? Does it work? I'd give anything to wake up & not be doubled over in pain every day!!!!Thanks!!!Dylan

i've been taking librax for quite a few years. i only use it occasionally--not every day. i get pain from spasms and librax is my go-to med for those days when the pain is extremely severe and my heating pad, relaxation techniques etc don't resolve it. librax works quite well for me and really takes care of the pain and the spasm---such a blessing!i have chronic constipation so that is why i don't take librax more often because constipation can be a side effect and i sure don't want to make it any worse---lol..good luck--hope it helps you!
