Reaction to lactose intolerance test

I had the lactose intolerance blood test on Monday. It came back normal. But ever since I have been full of wind which is giving me stomach cramps, hunger pains and just all in all discomfort. Is it possible to have a reaction to the high dose of lactose even if I'm not lactose intolerant? I feel terrible. Especially with pain under my left rib. I felt ok on the day. It all started on tuesday

That's odd! I would ring your doctor or the ward that did the tests.
