Hey Heather!DON'T WORRY!!! Speaking as a diabetic, for most people it's really no big deal
If it turns out that that's what you have, you will be advised about diet (which here in the UK is exactly
the same as that recommended by the World Health Organization for the population as a whole) and you may
be put onto tablets (like me) or, less likely, insulin. After that you will feel better than you have felt in a long time!
