I was doing excellent after going 2months on a strict diet; cutting gluten, fructose, sugar, and dairy.I had a good feeling that I did not have in nearly 3 years which lasted only 2 weeks at the end of the 2 months diet.Last week I had bad craving for Kamel milk. I drink one liter on one breath. The following 2 days I was fairly fine, the third day I had strong colon spasm, and foggy brain.when any one of you get throughn out of good time, how long does it take to get back to where you were before eating a trigger food. What actually happend does the intistine get injured and needs time to heel?I feel disapointed being taken away from a period of good progress.
