Okay I have this dilema: eating lots of fruits helps my IBS-C immensely but it also causes bloating. WOuld taking beano help this? I have tried probiotics but they dont seem to do anything...i eat dannon activa yogurt daily as well. I would really like to figure this bloating thing out!Have any of you had good results with beano? How often do you take it and how much do you take? Does it help with all foods or just beans, veggies, or whole grains? Can it help reduce gas from fruit?
