YEah it probably was more like nausea alright. I just feel i have to be gentle with everything i seem to put in my mouth. Sweet things and coffee/tea seem to cause a few little uncomfortable pains. Sometimes teh pains are like hunger grumbles.Oh i don't know really being honest. I can feel clogged up and bloated and windy too.

Reflux problems are common in people with IBS from what I've read. Don't know why it's one of the problems of IBS but I get it too. I'm on Omeprazole which help with the acid reflux but does make me feel sick sometimes

hi mateI sufferd from GERD for most of my adult life. It can manifest its self in several different ways. i diddnt have pain, just an uncomfortable feeling, heat in the chest and throat, dryness in the throat and mouth, sinus problems, but worst of all EXTREME NAUSEA 24/7. sadly it was also coupled with chronic gastritis. i took a PPI for some time untill i realised it was doing more damage than good and it wasnt the way to treat the problem as it was just treating teh symptoms (Not very well as it happened) and not the root cause. AO suppliments, Vitamin suppliments and Probiotics fixed me, along with a drastic and extreme change in diet. now i have come up smelling roses after 20 years and i can eat anything i want when i want, i still have the odd bad day, but who dosent!cheersIanIf you need any advice on pro biotics give me a shout. For diet advice look up Patman75. he knows his stuff. For AO suppliments look up overitmow. that guy is living proof they work!
Emetophobic since 1987, IBS A (More C) since 1990, Chronic GERD + Chronic Gastritis since 1987. When people say it cant get any worse, i say at least you are still breathing! Keep the faith. Currently in remission thanks to specific strain probiotics and 12 years of probiotic reaserch.
