I had suffered from this for a while...a while without knowing what this was because there was no name for it...yes, I am THAT old!!! This used to be called colitis and now they created new names IBS A C and D for the same old problem.

I really have never been much of a fan for doctors as I dont think that pill taking heals you, but, on the other hand in an emergency, I love doctors. With that said, I started to explore all the avenues of why am I having this problem and why does almost everyone else have it?? What is the link?? and the only link I can come up with is food.....unless of course we all are related and have the same genes???Ya right!!!!

Educate yourself outside of the box, learn how your body works, could this be a simple biological problem that could be resolved in a very simple manner?? With myself and my friends cases, the answer is yes.

Our IBS is gone and we eat normally so keep on educating yourself with this.
