Endoscopic Microsurgery Associates, located in Towson, MD, is conducting a research study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an experimental medication compared to placebo (an inactive substance) for individuals with Irritable Bowel Syndrome with diarrhea, or IBS-D.There will be approximately 10 office visits over 34 weeks. Qualified particpants will receive study medication or placebo, study related testing, physical exams, and lab work at NO CHARGE. Compensation may be available to qualified particpants for each copleted visit (for time and travel).
