I used to have pain starting on left side under ribs and go all the around back to middle back between my ribs. I changed my diet, adopting low FODMAP diet for the past 1 year and the pain has reduced 90%
But I'm getting pain in my chest, left and right after meals exactly the same time I used to get pain in my back.
Any one else having similar symptoms?
