So, I was talking to a nutritionist the other day about my IBS. It ws her view that alot of IBS cases can be tracked back to Sulphur and Lipid donor intolerances. She suggested that I try a lower protein and lower fat diet with a higher carb. I can't however find alot of infomation on this on the web

Has anyone else come across this theory before or does anyone know if it works?
