I'm going overseas soon for 3 months, and I'm a bit worried about traveling with IBS, any tips? Have any of you fine through this yet?

You could consider travelling by ship instead of by plane. A low-priced cruise ticket might cost roughly the same as a plane ticket, especially if you're sharing with a family member. The journey will take longer, but will be more comfortable.

This is what I plan to do, because in addition to worsening IBS, plane journeys leave me stressed out and exhausted.
