Dashing to the shops
For Christmas food that's fun
Something FODMAP free
That won't give me the runs
So many choices here
I could really go to town
But already I can feel
The gasses churning down
Fruit mince pies! Fruit mince pies!
Full of Christmas cheer!
As well as polysaccharides
That causes diarrhea
What foods can I safely eat
That don't upset the tum?
Quinoa, rice and lettuce leaves
Yum! Yum! Yum! Yum! Yum!

I am an atheist and I like this Merry Christmas...never mind the irony.
IBS Free after about 8 years ! Now, I am living with a small Hiatal hernia and fixing my sleep problems. Not too bad.

oh too cute! thanks., Tummyrumbles!
...now i'm going to have that song-stuck-in-your-head syndrome with that tune going around in my tiny little brain all day lol...
and it's been snowing and snowing and snowing all yesterday and today as well to add to the joy...dashing through that snow...or not, as the case may be..
Happy Christmas!

yes, 10 inches of snow now--more to come-- and some ice. and a (very) brisk -4.5 degrees outside ...
