i'm sorry, Nuffa--but i have no idea how to do that.  i don't know anything about pics on here.   i think Jeff  might  know.  i'll put a note in the community managers' forum to make sure he sees  it.

You should be able to click on this link once you are logged in and then choose a pic from your iPhone

the link works for me.  but i'm not using a phone. i'm on my computer. I don't have a smart phone or iphone.

you can get to your settings by clicking on your board name on the top right hand side of the page.  then click on "my settings".  then click on "change my photo".  again--i'm doing all this on my computer. I don't have a phone that gets internet.  so I don't know how all this works on a phone.

Hello, sorry to hijack another thread but I didn't know whether I should create a new thread or not as I'm having an identical issue with not being able to upload a profile picture. Just wondered if there was a way round it or somewhere I could email a pic to if that was ok?

Thank you.

Hi Em

sorry you're having trouble  uploading the pic.

all i can suggest is what Jeff mentioned earlier about using that link

      http://www.ibsgroup....e&section=photo

and if that doesn't work, then i don't know what else to suggest-sorry.    i really don't know  too much about uploading pics.  Jeff was troubleshooting it for a while but couldn't come up with any solutions.

Jeff is no longer on the board so you can't email pics to him--and so  because of this, i deleted his post about that so it wouldn't confuse others.

sorry. wish i could help.

That's ok Annie, no worries. I will give it another go with that link and see if it works :)

ETA: Used a hyperlink rather than upload it, and that worked :D

if you're on your phone, the site should be set to mobile display, meaning the functions are very minimal. to exit it, have the site on the phone show up as 'desktop mode'

for android:

or scroll to the bottom of the site and select the "full version" option:
