In the morning when I used the bathroom, my stool was formed like a lipstick tube; not mushy. Then I ate some cooked carrots, peas and one broccoli. I went to use the bathroom again. This time my stool came out mushy; as in the form of apple sauce or sand. Although it came out in the formation of apple sauce or sand, I still had to push. Why is my stool like this?

Insoluble fiber without enough soluble fiber. Happens with ibs. For ibs sufferers insoluble fiber can cause problems by itself
