IBS-B (Bile salt deficiency)?Does really exist?

He says that it can co-exist with IBS-D as well and its main symptoms are immediate bloating after eating, loose stools,steatorrhea,gas and severe indigestion..
What causes the IBS-B is the malfunction of the nervous system, which affects and alters the function of the CCK hormone as a result not enough bile to be secreted from the gallbladder and pancreas...
IBS-B he continues is difficult to evaluate because most of the times it is masked as IBS-D.
I personally have the exact same symptoms as IBS-B, without diarrhea or constipation..
Does anybody heard about it before?Does really stress and depression can trigger this kind of IBS?
