Well i have a different problem with my IBS-C. Instead of people complaining about rock hard stools, by stools are actually formed correctly, but are just dry. Like they look like theres almost no water in the stools. This is a problem because they are hard to get out and i feel a lot of the stool is stuck inside the walls of my colon, accumulating. Why are my stools dry? What is the root cause to that? Fiber does help a  bit not gonna lie, but why should i HAVE to take fiber to go to the bathroom like a normal person. Anyone experience this or educated in this problem. Thanks a lot everybody for taking your time to read this and/or respond to my question.
