The L. rhamnosus strain has numerous benefits including "reduced stress induced corticosterone and anxiety and depression behavior" (see below). I know GNC and vitamin shop carry this strain and I am wondering if anyone on here has tried probiotics with this strain?

I have. It was one of my( more) favorite probiotic strands as it did seem to help with depression. Overall, though, I found probiotics like florastor to be significantly better at reducing stress. I wonder if you combined lactobacillus rhamnosus consumption with florastor and supplements like L-theanine if you could significantly decrease stress levels.
Florastor is basically S.Boulardii. This is a 'beneficial' yeast that will not colonise. It's mechanism it pretty cool when you learn more about it. I don't consider it much as a 'probiotic'. Anyways it's good at fighting off overgrowths of other yeasts, it produces capyrlic acid initself as sort of a killing/antifungal agent
