I'm posting this just to inform people of the forum.


Knowing that a lot of people with IBS use some of these supplements, I think it would be good for everyone to read the results of this study.

It took place in US and used 10+ years data.


Quite shocking for me, was that "Calcium intake from supplement totals of at least 1,000 mg/day was associated with increased risk of death from cancer but there was no association for calcium intake from foods."
