Hi, my name is Bobbie. I am 28 years of age. I have always suffered from the inability to have frequent bowel movement. However it got worst in 2018. In October I did colonoscopy because I was able to pass my faeces for a week, in addition to that whenever i did pass my faeces before then there was always mucus with spot specks of blood in it. I did a colonoscopy and the they found a polyp which they removed and tested it, it was benign. They told me I needed to change my diet and start incorporating exercises in my daily life. I took the advice and did so accordingly. Last year of 2019 in the summer of June I started to develop stomach issues. The symptoms associated with this was gurgling of the stomach, and the feeling of air like movement being pushed around in my stomach. In addition to that i would get numbing and tingling sensation in my finger whenever those stomach issue occurs. I would also have small but excessive burping. When all of this started happening my bowel movement was still normal. I was going to the bathroom everyday but the stomach issue was still occurring so I decided to go to a gastroenterologist. He decided to do a endoscopy on me, where he said he found nothing except that my esophagus was a bit inflamed. But he saw nothing that could be abnormal or potential dangerous to my health. I was also put on various medication to combat any acid reflux that i could have been experiencing in my stomach but nothing seemed to help. Up to this day I still have the gurgling and air like movement in my stomach. Now I have started experiencing stomach cramping and excessive bloating to the point where I look pregnant and I still have excessive burping. I also have the inability to pass gas from the bottom area and my numbing and tingling of finger still exist whenever my stomach acts up. At this point I feel lost, helpless and hopeless. I don't know what else to do and its really taking a toll on mental state. Any advice or help any can give me at this point.

hi Bobbie. most of those symptoms just appeared to me a month ago. but iam experimenting with different things which can help. FIrstly theres no need to be hopless and helpless. everything has a cure. instead of feeling bad work around ways and experiment with your routine and in the end i ll tell you about a medicine that would help if nothing else works . So i ll just get to the point. You need to see if its the diet have you been eating junk food? some fruits cause more gas even sometimes eggs cause gas. Try this maybe drink water after your meal 15 20 minutes after u have eaten and not right after so the food is getting digested properly. Please try to eat healthy real foods as much as you can too. are you sleeping and waking up at the right times.

Sometimes its just plain old IBS that causes alot of gas. one can get an anti spasmodic medicine like Colofac that eases the stomach down which one can eat 20 minutes before a meal. it helps with most of the issues like gas and dieria and pain. It did help me alot wen i start to get the gas attack again. Also bobbie you need to give up smoking if you smoke, or if u drink that is also not so healthy. if you are lactose intolerant please avoid milk.

Just practice and try all these techniques. also calm down the more you are worried the more the stomach will bother u. Try looking up black seeds and if you can get them swallow some with water after a meal maybe with some honey or just plain water. You see our stomach is complicated. so if you do the hard work of staying healthy it will pay off. try try or just take the medicine wen u get the gas attack. Hope you get better soon. PS you can always consult a proper doctor so he can prescribe you any medicine like the one i shared. so atleast the doctor can guide you when to take it and how much. since iam not a doctor.

I'm really sorry about your situation and I hope you've managed to find a way out of it. Give us an update on your situation, please. There's no test to definitively diagnose IBS. Your doctor is likely to start with a complete medical history, physical exam, and tests to rule out other conditions. In order to relieve your IBS symptoms, you can cook homemade meals using fresh ingredients when you can, keep a diary of what you eat and any symptoms you get. Try to find ways to relax, and get plenty of exercise. At https://www.fenbenlab.com/product/fenbendazole-capsules-222mg/ you can learn all the information you need about Fenbendazole.
