Sick of ibs 5 times a day without fail

I go toilet once in morning, then again when I wake up
Then again after having a shower, then again on my break then again at lunch and sometimes 1 more time

Thats 5 times a day, Ive never seen anyone go this many times for a number 2, its horrible cant do anything.
Its not even for short periods its 10 20 mins each time

Its everyday without fail

I never feel staifisted and always feel conspiracy and bleed a lot sometimes too

Ive been to a gastroenterologist in hospital and had check ups nothing at all wrong suggested could be ibs

I feel so envious of people who just go once and get on with rest of day.

Its driving me crazy what can I do, there has to be something seriously wrong more to have it every single day.
Over 1000 in my office and non of them go toilet as much as me

Sounds like IBS.  I'm surprised your doctor didn't prescribe something.   Or make some suggestions.  Are your stools loose? If so you could try something over the counter like Imodium.

It took me years to persuade them to let me see a specialist, one doctor gave me some orange powder I think it did help but was horrible so had to stop taking.

Why do doctors suggest its ibs does that mean ibs is more psychologically why cant they say for certain.
Doctors just give give me a leaflet and say theres no cure

Never tried anything elese,Other then diet changes which dont make difference, will try Imodium, what about probio 7 should I try that also Yakult drink or buscopan

My stools come out normally but I have to eventually strain and never feel satisfied and have to go 5 times a day. Sometimes in eveing or night I feel ok.
Is Imodium for diarrhoea I feel more constipated

Imodium is for diarrhea.   Have you tried fiber supplements.   They might help constipation.    Glycerin suppositories too.  I've never had any luck with probiotics doing anything.

My plan is,
Water
Exesirsce - walk in morning
Supplements - buscopan
Fruits and fibre cereal in morning
Yakult In morning

Reason I not tried be for is cos I thought this was it nothing could help other then foodmap which seemed too hard and complicated
