Has anyone had any luck with Zofran (ondansetron)?

I've been reading that excess seratonin in your gut causes extra water/diarrhea in your bowels and encourages a fast motility. So the theory is to stop the seratonin in your system and then it will slow it down. Its a seratonin 5HT3-antagonist.

Anyone have any luck with this and what was your dosage?

Can't remember the dose (sublingual tablets), but it didn't work any better than Imodium. It's also very expensive.
