i have recently started taking a small teaspoon of Ashwagandha ( Indian herb ) and noticed some relief from flatulence.

it is still early days, has anyone tried this Indian Aryuveda root

I have been on Ashwagandha for about 2 months now (500 mgms a day , Himalaya).

I'm not sure I see any difference in my IBS-D symptoms.

Glad you are having good results! My particular experience with ashwagandha is that it makes me a little tired and not much else!
