Should one expect any different results when changing from MOM to Mg Citrate?  MOM is Mg Oxide, and I imagine you can adjust the dose so that either product provides the same amount of Mg.  Thanks.

Are you talking about the saline mag citrate that you drink? I find it works better for me than MOM, but everyone is different.

Yes, the mag citrate that comes in the 10-oz bottles.  If you take it, how much did you start with?  I've been taking MOM >1 year and now take a daily dose of about 40 ml.  My GI said either is acceptable for indefinite use.

I drink either half or the whole bottle when I need extra help, but I have really intractable symptoms, not sure how severe your C is, so not entirely sure what to recommend. I wouldn't start with the whole bottle, anyways. Start with the lowest dose listed on the bottle, you can always go up.
