Does anyone here end up getting nauseous with their IBS-C? Sometimes if pain is really severe when trying to have a BM I will throw up.  I haven't found anything that helps the C except eating something like raw cabbage which brings on an attack.  I have kidney disease & multiple allergies so I'm restricted in what I can take. I am taking cellulose powder 2x day which also isn't helping but so far it isn't causing colon spasms. Benefiber & Metamucil each makes C worse for me.  Thanks for your help.

nausea or vomiting are known to be common side effects of severe pain
