I read that peppermint tea is good for IBS. It soothes the intestines, relieves abdominal pain and reduces bloating. Please give your feedback. Thanks. I have IBS-C and am currently taking Miralax and dulcolax laxative.

back when i was drinking peppermint tea, i read that it starts working right away to soothe your stomach.   it doesn't help you have a bm but it is supposed to soothe your stomach.

This is my experience. It doesn't help me have a BM, but if I'm having pain or bloating, it provides quick relief.
