Okay I have a confession to make.
I am the OP of the thread "Day-35." If you read about my "Chinese super probiotics" before then you would know that I am currently using that supplement, and it's been working great for me.
On my post "Day-35," I mentioned about my loose episodes and a D.
Shitty weather, solid morning stool but was gassy and got some mucus in the following stool after eating breakfast.
I think this has to do with the tea product that I am using. I am a tea lover and this tea gave me loose stool and made me gassy every time I drank it.
By the way do you guys...
