breakfast: 2 eggs, steamed zucchini, carrot, string beans
lunch: salad - cucumber, carrot, gherkins, olives, tomatoes, avocado
dinner: a small amount of meat or seafood with vegetables only - any of these: pumpkin...
Breakfast: 2 soft boiled eggs with steamed zucchini, green string beans & carrot. Pot of black tea.
Lunch: Salami with salad: carrot, cucumber, olives
Late afternoon: tomato, more salami
Dinner: Steak with steamed zucchini, green beans and carrots.
Only water to drink.
