It sounds like it would be a good source of fibre. Can you get the package and list the ingredients? I'd make sure that you drink lots of water with it though. Fibre seems to move along better with water.At first when you start to increase your fibre intake, it can cause more gas but it usually goes away in a week or two.Fiona
Hi bubbles:Whole grain breads are a good source of fiber. I rarely eat plain white bread anymore, unless I want comfort food like peanut butter & jelly sandwiches! Now those definitely have to be on white bread!
