Blood doesn't come out as a solid. Could easily be something from the food. No one fully digests everything in their food. You don't want to see food bits in the stool you have to chew more. A lot of things come out as they go down, so you don't break it up enough in the mouth you will see it when it comes out the other end.Now a few small drops of blood is pretty common as internal hemorrhoids are really common and can bleed from time to time and it is common to see that blood on the paper. More serious bleeding usually comes out with the stool rather than just seen on the toilet paper, and usually that blood is turning brown, not still really red.
